Evaluating the Service

Vireo Studio offers a free plan so you can try the Service before paying anything. No payment details are required to use it. When you upgrade to a paid plan, the plan price is charged to your payment method at checkout and the subscription starts immediately.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew afterward. You keep access to the features you paid for until then.
• After that date your account reverts to the free plan. Your saved work stays accessible under the free plan’s limits.

Refunds

Because the free plan lets you evaluate the Service before any charge, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription periods that have already begun. If you were charged in error, we will correct it.

Customers may request a refund within the applicable period required by local consumer protection laws. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as how much of the Service has been used during the billing period and the reason for the request. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Refund requests are reviewed by us and, where approved, processed through our payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email support@vireostudioai.com with the email address on your account and the transaction details (date, amount, and the last four digits of the card, if known). The receipt emailed to you after each payment contains everything we need.
