These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vireo Studio (the “Service”) at vireostudioai.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who you are contracting with#
Vireo Studio is operated from Türkiye. You can reach us at support@vireostudioai.com.
Purchases are made through a merchant of record.When you buy a subscription, checkout takes place on our payment provider’s own hosted page and that provider is the seller for the transaction — it, not Vireo Studio, is the party you buy from, and its terms apply to the sale alongside these Terms. These Terms govern your use of the Service itself: your account, the content you make with it, and what each side may and may not do.
The Service#
Vireo Studio is an AI-powered copilot that helps creators plan and write YouTube content — generating ideas, outlines, and scripts. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with usage measured in credits.
Accounts#
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions and billing#
- Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and appears as the seller on your receipt.
- A free plan is available with no payment details required. Upgrading to a paid plan charges the plan price at checkout and starts the subscription immediately.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Paid subscriptions are currently billed in US dollars (USD), and prices are shown in USD at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees if your account is denominated in another currency. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Acceptable use#
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
- Generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
Your content#
You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are free to use the outputs you generate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
Credits#
Subscription plans include a monthly allotment of credits used to power AI generation. Credits are provided for use within your billing period and, unless stated otherwise, do not carry a cash value.
Cancellation and refunds#
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability#
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireo Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes and termination#
We may update these Terms or modify the Service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
Governing law and disputes#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
This does not take away rights you cannot be made to give up. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there where that law allows it. Where your purchase was made through our merchant of record, that provider’s own terms govern the sale itself.
